“United We Stand”- the recent terror attack in the Phulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir has created a roar in the Indian sub-continent. Following this unfortunate incident that took away the lives of 40 CRPF Jawans who were on duty, citizens all over the country have come ahead to express their grief, disapproval and anger while also generously extending their support towards the families of the martyrs through donations.

Paving the way for Indians who have been strongly raising their voice against terrorism and demonstrating their support towards a united, strong and secured nation, some saree manufacturing units have rolled-out a collection of digital printed sarees having scenes of paramilitary troopers in action. Some of these manufacturers have even decided to donate all profits from the sale of these saris to the families of the deceased jawans.

The depiction of incidences and historical events is often spotted over apparels yet, this is the first time that a terrorist attack has been so strongly portrayed over fabric- and that too, over an elaborate outfit like the Indian sari- but as long as it is for a good cause, spending over this fad and sporting these printed saris is totally worth it!
